Gearbox (manual) oil level check on Citroen C5 tho 1.6 petrol

Hello

I have a 2012 Citroen C5 1.6 thp petrol (Prince engine) fitted with a six speed manual gearbox.

After change a CV boot I have lost some gearbox oil.

Does this model have a gearbox oil level plug,?

If it doesn't have much oil does the gearbox take.

What grade of oil does it take?

Any help would be appreciated.

There is no level plug on the six speed gearboxes. You're supposed to do a full drain and then refill with the correct amount of oil. The amount of oil will be either 2.6 litres or 1.9 litres depending on the type of gearbox. See this post for help. viewtopic.php?p=854028#p854028

The type of oil needed is 75W 80 and it should be GL4 type and NOT GL5.
