The only obvious things I can see are: low oil pressure and no oil. I assume you have checked the oil level but some cars have an automatic 'no start' if the oil level is low. The fuel pressure readings are difficult to read when the engine is turning over but if the engine management has shut down for any reason you will have little or no fuel pressure.

I always keep 0il a bit under, as its a very mucky wee engine, poor CCV design dragging allsorts into the intake, fuel pressure isnt really moving from 14 bar, hence the AA recovery guy saying about the HPFP, i may bite the bullet and either buy the common rail fuel pressure tester high or buy a 2nd hand fuel pump, not made up ma mind,
i noticed a couple other things as well,
1 calculated injection flow is incorrect should be 0 when not started
2 open, cycle radio controlling the regulation of the fuel flow is very high in the crank no start

seems to me the engine thinks its 'maybe, and, or'getting too much pressure,
Il crack open the pressure sensor tomorrow a turn and see if these items got to zero
il scope the sensor and regulater as well

Ecu hasnt shut down, its still reporting, and doing actuater tests.
