2012 Peugeot Expert 130hp van.
I have had NO low additive warning messages.
After re mortgaging I filled with diesel and a few moments later got the message
ENG MAN FAULTY RISK OF FILTER BLOCKING
Eolys tank is empty. Ive ordered the fluid to refill and Im hopeful my local gatage has yhe necessary software to reset the ecu.
Any ideas why there was no low additive warning?
Prior to this there was no loss of power however now there is.
Does that mean a DPF clean?/renewal?
I can get the dpf off to check it fairly easily before I bite the bullet on a new one £££££.

Re: DPF and Eolys fluid
How many miles has the vehicle done?
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

Re: DPF and Eolys fluid
If I recall correctly, Eolys doesn't have a tank level sensor system, it just 'estimates' based off how much fluid it adds and subtracts that from 'full'.
So one explanation would be... If someone had not fully re-filled the tank previously, but did reset the level in the ECU to 'full', then it would run out before the ECU thought it was 'low'.
