How many miles has the Nemo done?

Looks as if the exhaust dpf is blocked. Before you delete the code have a look at the freeze frame data to see what values were stored when the code was stored as it may help diagnose the problem. If it is blocked these can be cleaned off the car and then a diagnostic done to tell the car it has been replaced.
