Head unit firmware update

Unread post by atrifan39 »

Does anyone know how can I do firmware update. I tried through Citroen Update app, but getting "CITROËN UPDATE does not allow the update for this vehicle. We recommend you to access to the website of the brand"

What car?
What year?
What head unit is fitted?
And, probably the most important thing, what firmware is currently fitted?

Are you having any problems that you think a firmware update might fix?

Possibly you need to get it done at a dealer.

It's a Citroen Relay 2016, head unit is VP2 model without sat nav

When I'm trying to press DAB can hear just a "beep" and is not activating, FM and AM works fine

The Relay is really a Fiat Ducato (you can see the name Fiat on the label stuck on the HU) and I have no information on that. Sorry.
