Coil Springs

Hi all
Would it be possible if someone could tell me what make the coil springs are on my Wife's 2016 DS5 2.0 Bluehdi or which ones to purchase?
I will be putting Bilstein B4 all around and just need to find out the best coil springs to match.

I replaced all my shock absorbers and coil springs last year. I used Bilstein shocks and followed their advice to pair them with KYB springs. I am very pleased with the ride now. This is the type:

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!
