Citroen relay 2006 timming belt replacement

Hi,

I have a Citroen relay 2006 2.2hdi with a Rmn engine code and I want to replace the timing belt but can't find any timing marks on cam or crankshaft pulleys.
Does any one have any ideas how to do it ?

I haven't watched it but this may help:

There are no timing marks as such, the crank is set with a pin in the flywheel, this is accessed up behind the starter motor & the camshaft pulley is also pegged with a pin.
