So I have a beautiful DS7 Crossback in Opera - love it so far but ... we have wireless charging in the centre console but for some reason there is no rubber mat! (See attached) So phones slide around and don't wirelessly charge consistently. I'm trying to track one down and the best I've done so far is https://www.didier.be/en/parts/accessor ... 1/17122584
Though I don't need the charger itself, I was prepared to put my hand in my pocket anyway but they don't ship to the UK!
Any thoughts about where I might be able to lay my hands on such a niche item?

You may be able to adapt something like this, cheap so possibly worth a try:

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Definitely the kind of option I'll be looking at if there's no easy way to get hold of the "right" part! Thanks @mickthemaverick !

Visible stuff like that is annoying every time you get in the car.
A DIY solution, not too thick or it interferes with charging, might be the answer if you can't find the proper thing. Search for anti-slip mat for car, car dash anti slip etc, amazon and ebay will show you lots of options, some of them soft mesh on a roll. When it comes, cut the box it came in - or a cornflake packet - to fit the space, paint it black with whatever you have to hand, cut and fit the mat on top .... It might cost you £5 or so

Thanks @Richard_C - of course, only visible when you want to use it, but I like your solution! Everything else in the interior is immaculate - so annoying and does make we wonder what happened to the mat that made someone want to rip it out!

Re: DS7 wireless charger
Maybe a previous owner had a noxious spillage of some kind or melted it with a cigarette end or his mistress spilled nail varnish or perfume on it so he slung it out the window before he got home to his wife, or (not to be sexist) a lady driver found her male companion had spilled his after shave or other incrriminating fluid and she did the same to conceal the evidence, or maybe the person who valeted it pre sale wanted one or .... conspiracy theory: there is one missing DS7 non slip charger mat in the UK. The missing one 'travels around' as the person who needs one just takes one from another car at the next opportunity.mysteron wrote: 09 Mar 2026, 16:02 so annoying and does make we wonder what happened to the mat that made someone want to rip it out!
(An interesting philosophical question which was a discussion topic in the bar of a large student residence back in the 70's. There were sets of bathrooms on each floor and in each block - no en suite back then. There was at least one missing bath plug. If you went into a bathroom with no plug, you simply took one from the nearest unlocked bathroom. By that means something that didin't exist - a missing bathplug - travelled all round the building ...... hmmmmm....Schrodinger's charging mat?)

Re: DS7 wireless charger
The part number in your link seems common to Peugeots so you do not need to look just at a DS/Citroen dealer if going for a new part as Peugeot should be able to supply it. As an example with a parts diagram https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/265968263585 ... gKhaPD_BwE
This one has a picture of the back of the mat with part number 9821527177 and 9821527077 so you could try at a dealer for just that part https://www.didier.be/en/parts/accessor ... Tv7-u8IZcz
