Citroen C5 2010 2.0HDI charging problem

Hello,

I have problem with my Citroen C5 2010 2.0HDI.
Charging light pops up after car has been running for approx. 1 minute. I have already changed the box that is in minus cable, alternator and battery. Still no effect so far. I have checked it also with lexia and it gives code D567. I have tried to google that but it does not give answers. Any ideas what could be the problem?
