Hello,
I have an issue with my car that is really bothering me.
The sunvisor flaps. The rotating thing that covers from sunlight just above the driver's head, they are heavily vibrating and making noises. Yet I don't see or notice any loose or damaged part.
I am wondering if there's a way to fix or dampen the vibration.

Assuming you have them clicked into their free end clips then the easiest way to stop them 'flapping' is to wedge a ponge between the visor and the roof.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

I don't mean they are flapping, I call those sun visors "flaps". They are making a vibration noise, but they are clipped in their "hooks". Pardon me, as my main language is french. The part highlighted in red is making vibration noises, but it's not "shaking" or what.

That is the end which uncliips to allow you to spin them round to the side windows so my guess is that the pins are worn. I'd wrap the pins with cloth tape, like bicycle handlebar tape, and that should take up the slack and stop them vibrating.

I was wondering if there's a way to organically restore/repair the part.
Is this a part that's easy to source or maybe I can apply some glue or rubber gum paste.
I don't know if it's the pin, the clip or the frame that holds the pin/clip (the square around wrapping the "hook"). Again sorry for using confused words.

You could try unclipping the visor and then lining the retaining clip with adhesive foam tape as used for draft excluding like this:

It seems it's not the clip but the holder itself that has some leeway. I'll make a video

Like it's really bothering me to find if there's a gum paste that I could apply or something

Mine does this too.
Lots of creaks and vibrating noises from the upper sun visors and parts around them.
One of rattles was the sliding mirror cover. I found that opening the mirror cover slightly (so it's not fully slid closed) helps stop that vibration rattle).
I wish there was a magic spray I could use of all the creaky rattle plastic trims
