Peugeot 3008 Transmission Programming Fault

I am having difficulty programming the transmission after a clutch change on Peugeot 3008 1.6 HDI 2013 model.
Using an Autel scanner in won’t complete the clutch biting point phase of the task.
The car has no fault codes and can't see a reason why it won’t complete the program.
The picture shows the message I get.

I have tried this step with a battery charger connected, an other car with jump leads connected.

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated

Have you checked each of the points in the message?

Yes I have given those points some checks and discounted them. Unless I’ve missed something?
