P0685 Peugeot 508 1.6ehdi 2011

Can anyone please help? I can not understand why this error keep coming up! I have changed the BPGA, changed negative terminal on battery, brand new battery programed with diagbox, cleaned everything and every connector to the bsi and ecu(no corrosion present), all fuses are good, I keep getting P0685 intermitent most times, but sometimes it shows up as permanent open circuit. I also get an B1300 13 error on the aircon clutch... Could this be a cause for P0685? Thank you
