Hi everyone,
I'm Gareth. My son recently bought his first car, a 2015 Peugeot 208 GTi. It ran great for a short stint, but it has now become my full-time side project! I’m currently out of work, so I’m using the time to save him some cash and learn the ropes on fixes I haven't attempted before. I found this forum while scouring the web for some EP6 guidance.
Right now, I'm in the middle of replacing the thermostat housing. Unfortunately, while trying to disconnect the coolant hard pipe, I’m pretty sure I’ve accidentally disconnected it at the water pump end. I'm trying to loosen the intake manifold to get a better look, but I think I've removed all the fasteners mentioned online, the manifold won't move more than a wiggle.
There are plenty of existing threads here, so I hope it won't be long before my account can see the photos. Once I finish this, the turbo oil feed/return pipes and the auxiliary coolant pump are next on the list!
Looking forward to chatting with you all.
Gareth

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
