Unread post by smudge20 »

Is there a site that gives all part numbers for a Peugeot 3008 2014

Not that I know of. The dealerships have access to the Stellantis database whereby they can get part numbers from your VIN and we do have some members who have that same facility available to them. If you post up your needs with your VIN, which will be masked from public view, you may be lucky! :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Search for Catcar.info

I use this as a reference. Will be obvious if you hit their main page, manufacturers listed there, hit mfg, you see models ... etc. Once in the model section, you then select the engine type you have. Has been good for me with a 2004 307 and 2012 3008 ... don't know how good is coverage for later model cars.

Can be hard to navigate through their menu system, but same as Sedre/Servicebox ... it's a matter of just knowing each section, so it takes time.

eg. I was looking for fusebox for my 3008, in Catcar I go to 3008, choose the engine type, then hit the electrical menu. IN the electrical menu is a item for fuses, thinking this is the most obvious location of both fuses and fusebox. But no. The menu is empty(no data) ... and fusebox is in Connectors and Boards.
Then, just like Servicebox or Sedre, you need to know you DAM number/series so you can choose the correct part. I think some parts have been updated over the years of making their models, and again for fusebox there are 4 different part numbers. Mine turns out to be the last one in the list, but I think even the early models can use that same later model fusebox.
Take note of the part number and search for it in google, and you should find plenty of hits for parts(if available).
The part numbers are links to their parts and every one that I've accidentally clicked on, links to parts available in the UAE(which I'm not really after).

What I generally do tho, it once I do a google search for the Peugeot part number, I find that Autodoc has a good list of availability of parts from alternate parts makers, then use the numbers of the parts from the manufacturer and search for that part.
Eg. Delphi make good quality air flow meters and on Autodoc, they will list an Delphi alternative, with the part number. Autodoc don't post to Australia, so I have to find them locally. If not I'll search another know good manufacturer part number.

It's a tedious process, but helps to get good parts and decent prices.
