I live in Brazil and in March 2025 I bought a CITROËN C3 FEEL MT 1.0 and since then I haven't been able to connect the multimedia system to my cell phone (Android 13) and my wife's (Android 14).
I can pair via Bluetooth but Android AUTO doesn't appear on the screen.
In "manage phones" the phone appears registered with the Bluetooth and navigation icons, but when I press the navigation icon it just stays on the blue screen trying to connect via Wi-Fi.
Sometimes I managed to connect and Android AUTO appeared on the multimedia screen, but the connection kept dropping, making navigation via Android AUTO impossible.
I also can't connect via USB cable with either my phone or my wife's. I tried with several USB cables and nothing.
To get around the problem, I connected an old phone with Android 9 (Pie) via USB cable and then Android AUTO worked.
This whole situation is extremely irritating because the old phone takes a long time to start up, and it takes a lot of time to get everything working.

Is there some secret menu I can access to find out the firmware version?
