clutch problem

hi guys,
I'm hoping someone can help, I'm looking for the part no for a clutch kit for my peugeot expert, Its a 2005 2.0 hdi dw10ted4 with a solid flywheel, & ml5c gearbox been looking but all i can find are kits for dual mass flywheels or conversion kits, problem I'm having is the releaser keeps pulling out of the pressure plate, clutch was working fine until i removed it to change the rear crankshaft seal, I've had the gearbox out 3 times now
