Hi.
So the wing mirrors on the Renault kadjar. Off side mirror has stopped moving in and out on locking the car. You can hear it try but it's not happening. I imagine they have a motor in them but I've looked on eBay etc and seems the whole mirror is for sale but I can't find just the motor? Is there a possible fix without buying the whole mirror? And if so, where would l get it and what am I looking for? Thanks guys....

Probably not the motor itself but plastic cogs. Which will not be available separately from Renault.
I have a memory of someone finding plastic cogs for a different purpose (not a folding mirror, maybe a pump of some kind?) similarly unavailable from the car manufacturer. I think they found them in the modelmaking fraternity but can't provide any other help.

Maybe I need to bite the bullet then and pay £150 for a new mirror? Cheers for the reply

You may be able to source a mirror with broken casing from a breaker and swap over the mechanism 
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
