2007 Citreön C5 II Tacho Magneti Marelli change mileage, I have digiprog 3 and carprog devices, how can I do this with which adapter and connection?

But I need to read the mileage information on this. I bought this dashboard from a second-hand, wrecked car, and I don't know how many kilometers it has. If the BSI on the car has more kilometers, the mileage of the car will increase because of this dashboard. That's why I need to read the mileage information.

There are legit reasons for doing this.
What is on the other side of the board? the miles are normally stores on a little 8 leg EEPROM.

There's nothing on the back of the card, just a plain blank plate.

I need to change the mileage information on this instrument panel; if I install this directly into my car, the car's mileage display will increase.
