Peugeot RHR Siemens 803

Unread post by robin92 »

Hi
Seriously need help,
I have a Citroen Xm with a Peugeot 2.0hdi RHR (siemens 803) engine from a 407.
The problem is that I can't start the engine before I've deleted the fault codes.
The fault code is P1169, something with the voltage to the injectors if I understand correctly. If I delete the code the car starts immediately and runs normally they feel like. The code comes back after a while.
I only have the ecu no bsi or psf

I've tested 2 different ecu and when the engine was in the 407 body it started fine

Anyone who can give me advice or has good electrical diagrams over psf/ecu thinks I missed a cable.

Have these trouble codes in addition to P1169
P1644
P1693
U1118
P0215
P0686
P0500
U2001
P0495
P2520

Diagbox says P1169 - injector voltage converter
Freeze fram data says 19.3V when the fault are triggered

These engines have piezo injectors that normally operate at 60 - 70 volts, so (assuming that it is not an ECU issue), it is likely to be a problem with insulation breakdown in the wiring. Try disconnecting the injector wires at both ends and measure the resistance to ground using the highest resistance range of your meter.

I have concluded that the ECU is not waking up/sleeping properly, I will try to program an Arduino to wake up the ECU via can-bus.
I have connected everything without BSM/BSI/COM
