Citroen C5 , time, date

Hi, my s1 C5. Needed to disconnect the battery, now I have no idea how to reset time and date! Hope someone can help, thanks in advance, Terry.

Usually done via menus on the radio. Also take the windows down and up to reset the anti pinch.
