Perfectly normal FCF topic drift Mick...
The trouble with topic drift is that if you're not careful it tends to become extinct!! :-D

The Mars favourite was quietly taken off shelves in 2021 and it seems fans are only just starting to realise. Not all that popular then. :)

Or the, so-called, fans that observant either.

Maybe Paul has the same issue as I would if I wanted a new car - can't find one small enough...
This is true for our daughter, she has the Cactus which is about the right size for everything she does but replacements are all too big. Anything larger and she would likely bump it.

When I replaced the C5 estate I wanted another estate, not a big SUV and the Octavia was just about the only one suitable with a probably reliable petrol or diesel engine and a bike would fit in the back. The Octavia has a lot of mod cons that I have no idea about and will not or do not want to use but I have worked out how to use the sat nav, radio and heating and have the auto main beam headlight on/off turned off to avoid dazzle of oncoming cars. The internet is set to a low level so I am not being tracked or getting ads and it keeps coming up with updates which I have no idea about so have not been doing them. The keyless entry is turned off. I have not dared to try the self parking and it took a few trips to get used to the steering wanting to stay in the middle of lanes and sometimes sees lines in tarmac as a white line.

Perhaps the tide is turning

Pleased to learn that my Mazda hasn't a turbo and seems to go just as well without. I did wonder but never investigated.
