Carpet / floor removal Drivers side

Unread post by JeremyMann74 »

Hello I havd a Peugeot 207 2011 1.4 petrol Envy.

Trying to get the driver side carpet and underlay out to dry out a wet floor

Struggling to get this plastic tab off and do not want to break it. It twists around about 90 degrees in each direction but not 360 degrees. Its also not coming off when I pull it.

Doest anyone know how to get take this off (and or how it is attached)

Please see picture

Thank you.

That looks like a twist and pull but if you've tried that I'm not sure what else there is! :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Ive tried to lift it up after turning it either side but it didn't feel any looser. If anything it feels tighter as when I turn it 90 degrees and it gets tighter to the carpet (due to the shap being a rectangle and the floor underneath not being level.
