Hi Everyone
First post.
I've got a 2.0 bluehdi 180 Traveller. I'm running lowering springs but the dampers are not firm enough.
I've noticed that the Bilstein 47-329485 is listed for the
Expert 2.0 Bluehdi 180
Traveller 1.5 Bluehdi 100
But not the 180 Traveller. I find this strange. The expert must be in the same ballpark for weight. The fact that it's listed for the traveller 100 tells me it should fit the 180.
Anyone have any insight on this ?
I'm inclined to give them a try

Re: Bilstein question
I would email Bilstein with your vehicle's details and ask them which shocks fit it.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Re: Bilstein question
That's fair.
I got the above info from their comprehensive catalogue so I imagine I'll get the same answer. Will try though. Good shout.
Just wondering whether anyone has any insight on how they differentiate fitment. Maybe they just didn't test on the 180.... Or perhaps some other attribute of the identical engine expert over the traveller makes them unsuitable.
Also keen to know if anyone has tried running coilovers that are approved for other engine variants of their vehicle and how that worked out for them
