Which engine and gearbox does it have?
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

The stop/start could be the battery is not charged up enough or other things listed in the handbook.

Re: Radio wont switch off Stop Start Not working.
Stop Start manages things conservatively to protect the battery and occupant comfort. Sitting at traffic lights when its daylight and 20 degrees isn't making much demand on the car, if its summer 30+ and the aircon is working hard or its winter, heating blowers requirted, rear screen, mirror elements headlights, wipers the engine will say "nah mate, you need me to keep running *". Also as above, if the battery isn't fully charged, like after lots of short trips, it won't stop. So it may not be an intermittent problem, it might just be designed to do that.
(* I wonder what that is in French? Non mon ami ... je dois continue le chugging?)
Radio - I don't think they ever go off in the old fashioned sense of off - they are always up to something like listening out for traffic alerts or retuning the DAB stations in background. The off button is really a "mute" button, and another way to mute in the recent Citroens I've owned is to momentarily push the volume up and volume down buttons on the steering wheel simultaneously - your thumb will bridge the gap. I do that all the time, saves reaching out. A press of either button brings it back to life. Try it, might work.
