Re: Pickled Egg Jukebox-Your Selections
The Badfinger boys were customers at my garage and shop when they were using the recording studio at Clearwell Castle, they were badly treated by their record company and paid very little at the time, Pete Ham and Tom Evans later both committed suicide. After they'd gone their drummer Mike Gibbons called in and spent an hour with me chatting about them.

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Re: Pickled Egg Jukebox-Your Selections
I thought that was a superb collection of images Steve, tempted me to freeze and copy some for quiet days on POTD but to be honest I can't be bothered!! As for the music a bit too harpy for me but tolerable on softly. I'll drop a link in POTD for the visual experience!!

If you don't know about this give it a chance, the deeper you go the better it gets. For me an outstanding demonstration of how a maestro can make a well known tune be very special indeed!!

It's not often you get the chance to see two virtuoso musicians, each at the very top of their respective trees, come together and complement each other so brilliantly:

Re: Pickled Egg Jukebox-Your Selections
I shall conclude my evening of guitar memories with the piece that first got me into guitar while watching a certain Johnny Morris narrated TV show, plus an opportunity to post one of the true great classical guitarists of modern times:
