Blower Motor Stopped Working
Hello, on my Citroën DS5 2.0 120 kW (2012) the blower motor for the ventilation stopped working. I tested the motor and it works, and I also tried replacing the resistor, but with no results — it still doesn’t work. I read somewhere that it could be the air-conditioning control unit with the code (9674272080), but I can’t find it anywhere in the car. Any advice? Thanks.

This can sometimes be due to the temperature sensors. Have a diagnostic on the car and see what comes up.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Sometimes it can be a burnt out electrical connection so also have a look at the wiring.

The resistor isn’t receiving any signal, and at the moment I’m trying to find this component (9674272080) but I can’t locate it. The temperature sensors are fine.
