Lexia 3 USB COM driver Win7

Hello, I see a lot of people asking for the drivers for Lexia 3 VCI, I am too.
I purchased a used radio RT3 on eBay because mine stopped working, but now the radio beeps, I can not store the time/date etc.
I do have a working version on Diagbox 7.32, and a working VCI - (it was tested on another laptop), I installed it on XP and Win7

Both installations should contain the drivers for the VCI, but after setup Windows7 (tried XP too) installs the generic USBCOM driver.
So Windows shows the VCI as USB Com Board Driver ( UMDF ) with no COM port allocated in device manager.
It should show USB Com Board Evolution Driver (UMDF ) and under "Details" have COM 3 or 4 allocated.

According to all the forums I read, I need either:
Lexia 3 USB COM driver, Diagbox VCI driver fix or Actia COM port driver for Windows 7.
I really need to be able to download a ZIP containing:
actia_usb.inf
usbcom.sys
usbdrv.dll

All forums have dead links to these files/download so far, and the raw files someone kindly shared with me do not work.
I was wondering if anyone can help me?

Failing that, can anyone code the radio and BSI/VIN for me in the Cardiff or surrounding area please?

You may get an idea by reading the thread below from the Peugeot forum. I haven't read it right through but I got the feeling they were discussing a similar problem to yours.

Thanks Mickthemaverick, - Yes I seen that post before and doesn't help me much, I tried Diagbox on XP 32bit and Win7 (I seen it working on Win7 before) - I am sure it's just the drivers I need that are not on the disk. help!!

To install on Windows 7 32bit I think you might need the driver pack called Setup Drivers DiagBox.exe

On this site you can copy version 7.*. Inside is the section "Extra PSA files" and in it "Setup Drivers diagbox .rar. " The site is in Spanish but it is easy to change the language.

Thanks everyone!! Radio sorted - I can now drive without it constantly beeping - On another note - The auto headlights, auto wipers and rear viisor button, SAT NAV has no satelite findings, all has stopped working since changing the radio RT3 - can anyone let me know how I can turn these on in the software - Also I get a meassage when you first switch the radio on "Software version incompatible. Insert the configuration CD-ROM..." but I do not have this disk - any pointers please, I know it's a lot of issues, I appreciate all the advise I can get.
