Does this engine sound all right? 1.6 Blue HDI - about 90K miles

Went to view a Grand C4P today and captured two videos of idling, one cold and the other hot. From the noise do you think there's anything to worry about?
Also the lower part of turbo (compressor side) looks oily but certainly no dripping anywhere. Is that normal for these engines? The car has done nearly 90k, no cambelt changed so far.

I think the main difference in those two videos is the slight clicking when cold, probably due to the oil being cold and sluggish to lube the top end. You don't say how old the car is but if you do buy it I'd recommend an immediate belt etc replacement and change all the oils/fluids and filters depending on what gearbox you have.

The car is 2016 reg, manual. If I buy it I'll change belt/tensioners/water pump asap
