Upstream NOx sensor

Unread post by Robs931 »

I have a fault code on my 2019 Citroen dispatch van for the upstream NOx sensor (P2A00) and when looking at live data the upstream sensor constantly reads 0ppm so I'm guessing it's failed and needs replacing. Does anyone know the part number for the upstream NOx sensor please? The van is a 2.0l 120hp. Thanks.

Ps. The second fault code for the eolys additive has already been sorted.

If you post your VIN, which will be obscured from public view, someone with access to the parts database may be able to help you :)

Are you sure it's a 2.0 with only 120HP?

@wheeler
Euro 6.2 DW10 comes with two NOx sensors. In your picture it's the upstream sensor. The second NOx sensor is on the same spot as in Euro 6 engine, after the DPF.

It also shows parts 10 & 17 but as tou can see they are not on the parts list on the right, if it doesn’t show the part number it normally means the parts is not fitted to that car.

Try another plan with the deNOx catalyst and possibly it is shown in the SCR system parts, with urea tank.

So it looks like the one in the first picture is the upstream one, there is another slide that shows the other sensor (and shows its part number) but lists it as downstream, looks like there is an exchange option for the downstream.

Interesting fact, the two NOx sensors have different part numbers. Might /probably be just the cable lenght but might be also electrical differences.
