Yet another reason not to risk the EV route!!
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Not really, just not a European Stellantis EV.

You think it's only Stellantis?
This on Speak EV the electric car forum:
I've had my ID.4 for about 2.5 years now on a 4 year PCP with VWFS in that time I've had quite a lot of problems, recently including lots of 12v battery warnings despite a new 12v battery under warranty. Today, however, driving into a National Trust car park, single lane, car jolts to a halt and tells me there's charging errors. I can't move, start or anything the car as if I've got a charging cable inserted (I don't) at this point we're causing 100% carnage at this venue as nobody can get past us. 2 hours later we have recovery there, but not a tow truck. The recovery guy hard restarts the vehicle, at this point the key acts like it doesn't exist and the brake lights are on 100% of the time. He does a scan and the vehicle has few errors, main one being temperature of the charging socket unreadable. 12v battery reads ok by the way. After a few more hours (still carnage) the tow truck comes and we get loaded on, taking it off the tow truck it looks like the error has cleared, but it's still needing to be towed back to the dealer tomorrow. I've already got a complaint in with VW, but the car has now fully broken down on me 4 times and often acts weird, we rely on the car 100% and financially can't return it, but hoping the complaint moves forward a bit now, as it's been well beyond 6 months I know this could be tricky, but was wondering of any advice, if this happened doing 70mph on the motorway then I dread what could have happened.
It's on my drive now and the error message appears to have gone, but the car isn't moving and I've lost 12% battery in 5 hours, so not sure I'll have anything left in the morning?
There's a long thread of similar stuff.
