C3 Aircross 2025 model Engine noise & resonance

From the first kilometer in a brand new C3 Aircross (Engine PureTech 1,2 /100 EB2LTED) I experience a distinct hammering nose in low and medium RPM particularly during pulling the car from standstill and accelerating after gear changes. Citroen after sales department (in Greece) is keeping absolute silence as well as the service department who has examined the issue on two visits to the service department, they are also failing to respond to 3 registered letters and 3 emails so far. Has anyone else experienced this noise in the new C3 models that could be possibly generated ;also by the exhaust system

As it is brand new I'd take it back to the supplying dealer and ask for your money back as it is clearly not fit for purpose!!
