Heres one thats got me stumped.
just changed clock from BST To GMT ie back one hour.
It does change and imediatly after turn ignition off then back on its still saying the correct time.
Drive about 500 mts stop put car in neutral and clock has changed back to BST time -ie it has increased by one hour.
Is the clock fed from the BSI module.
The car is a C3 mk 2 2015 1.6 Hdi 100 blue.
Im going to try BSI reset later

Re: BST/GMT clock shift
Does it have a Daylight saving option, and / or a time zone option? If so, you need to set it via here, not by actually adjusting the time.

Re: BST/GMT clock shift
Hi have done what I have done for last 10 years.
If you set it and hit confirm and then confirm again, it changes when the minute changes trying to change it by 2 hrs still results in it going back to BST figure you started with
Ive also got a problem with the front parking sensors which are fed from the BSI unit.
This area was disturbed when the air bag recall was done, so its a funny coincidence?

How old is the battery?
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

Possible they had the battery off when they did the work, and this has re-set some option that was previously turned off.

The battery is about 4 years old, but the diagnostic test says its fine
The battery was disconnected when they did the air bag work, I watched them disconnect/reconnect without any reseting BSI

Re: BST/GMT clock shift
Just to conclude this subject.
I did a BSI reset and it cured the problem.
