Peugeot 5008 problem

Unread post by Cro 5008 »

Hi everyone,
I'm new here and I need some help .. Hope someone had similar problem or enough knowledge to resolve it ..
The car in question is Peugeot 5008, 1.6 blue HDI, 88 kW, 2015 ..
Few days aho I started it and it was rough idling and it shut down .. Again same thing.. third time ot started but no rpm on dashboard, idling approx 1200 rpm, eps on, engine check light on .. I drove it for 2 km, stopped, restarted it and everything was normal. . After a while engine check light was gone .. Tomorrow same thing and diagnostic said P0339 .. intermitent, ckp sensor ..
So I drove it like that for 10 days and I went to a mechanic for some other issue and told him to change ckp sensor.. it was brand new Bosch sensor, same number as the old one, fitted correctly and then my problems started... car wouldn't start ..rough idle and shuts off again and again and again .. he installed the old sensor then, same thing ... tommorow we tried with new sensor once again and now I'm getting another fault .. something electronic starter and it sounds the same as when you have fuel pump issues, but I can hear fuel pump. . So I'm stuck now .. ckp sensor connector is ok btw .. I'm thinkig that ecu is faulty? Or some wiring issues? Bsi reset maybe?

Any advice what to fo next?
