I would like to explain my issue with egr. Original egr from the car recently became useless and i have decided to buy spare one. I aquired delphi egr.
Instaled to the car and in diagbox i have entered that there is new egr valve.
I started to use car but car is acting very strange. During every acceleration car is hesitationing, jerking. Ride is not pleasant at all. Sometimes on the crusing on cruise control, car is slowing and accelerating by itself. I was monitoring behavior on the fap application and i have noticed that egr is going from 0% up to 100%. Errors wichh are appearing are P0488 and P0489.
I have also the clean original egr and install it to the car and do replacement via diagbox. Car was rading very good only somotimes there was hesitations during small accelerations.
Then I put back new egr did replacement by diagbox and then i saw that there is option "Programe" and there was egr option to programe and i did it and now it is written programing done for egr.
Car is ryding much better but not like it shoud be.
My question will be. Is it possible that new egr is NOK, or there is some specific way for instalation of egr?
