Want to get back to original settings to use date and time setting and reinitialising function.(2016 C3 Picasso)

Are you asking a question or just saying what you will be doing ? If you put in a radio from another car it will need a diagnostic to put your car vin in to it, if not done it will beep.

Yes. If you’re needing someone to code it in, I have diagbox and am not too far from you - though there may be others nearby as well.
