2012 C5 EGR and 02 Sensor Short to Earth

Hi All,

I have a 2012 C5 that has a P1443, P2141, P0131, P2426EGR, 02 Sensor and air mixer Short to Earth.

Is this a common issue like an ECU fault or a wiring loom fault or fuse board common issue that causes this. Can’t seem to find anything that stands out.

Car runs and drives perfect just has engine light on and cruise control not working

This type of fault can be due to moisture in the harnesses around the ECU. I'd check the scuttle drains are clear, then go over all the wiring and connectors with a hot air tool to ensure they are dry. Then do a fault clear and a BSI reset following the procedure in the link below and once complete then see if you get any faults back. It is a free way to try and narrow down the problem.
