picasso c3 rear doorcards

Unread post by deepfat »

I am trying to remove the rear OS door card on my 2014 Picasso C3 and have fallen at the 2nd hurdle, prior to starting I looked on line and found various vids which I viewed but none showed my model which has the rear sun blinds fitted. This model has a piece fitted either side of the window above the door card and I'm pretty sure they have to come off 1st to enable the door card to be lifted off once all the fixings have been released.
I managed to remove the rear piece that the blind clips onto when extended (1st hurdle) and the cover on the piece by the B post which reveals the roller blind under it but Im now struggling to remove this piece. It appears to be clipped to the window frame and would need pulling at right angles to the door but I have done this and it wont budge having broken trim in the past I would like to know if I'm doing the right thing before having another go.
I did take some lovely pics but this forum does not allow me to insert/copy paste unless my pics are on some public web thingy which I do not do so I'm stumped.

You can post pics directly by going to the bottom of the full posting page where you click 'attachments' followed by 'Add files' Then select the pics from your computer and use the 'place inline' button beside each attachment to move it into your post where you put the cursor. :)

The full information on that can be found at: viewtopic.php?p=516529#p516529
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

The forum positively encourages posting images directly here given the problem in the past with Photobucket and now Imgur. In fact, please don't use any image hosting site is the message.
