Unread post by Lee mark »

Anyone shed some info, I’ve got a 2010 Peugeot partner van 1.6 hdi 96 bhp had a knacked motor, bought a donor 307 1.6 hdi 110 swapped motor over complete swapped fuse board plugged in fired up, I’m having issues with power runs starts perfect but eml light on, got anti pollution fault. Engine Managment fault & code coming up for egr, peddle sensor glow plug relay , a amber warning triangle on dash & a lack of power can anyone tell me what I need to swap over for it to work correctly,

I'd advise swapping the ECU and BSI modules as a start but it is likely to be more complex than that as you have gone from a car to a van. The car ECU may look for components that don't exist in the van and the van may have euipment not programmed into the ECU. So once swapped you will need to access the ECU and BSI to set up the equipment that you need assuming it has the facility. I am afraid you need a more informed advisor than me for that but good luck :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!
