C3 MK2 Gearbox information

Greetings,
Despite number of attempts at local dealer, I have been unsuccessful in obtain information about my gearbox
The dealer says my VIN does not exist > shows no information
I am interested in repairing my gearbox, either with new syncro parts or replacement gearbox. Neither are freely available in my area, so I need to buy something suitable and have it delivered. Hence importance of getting the information correct.
My marking shows 20DM82 although on a internet search, that seems to be associated with the 1.4 HDI and not 1.6 HDI I have. So that is a little confusing.

Could you please do a VIN search and provide details of my gearbox and any other compatible gearbox codes if possible

Also good to see the VIN does actually exist, perhaps dealer only can see relatively new cars

If rebuilding your gear box you can get the bearings from a bearing shop using the numbers on the existing bearings. No need to get them from the car dealer.
