Yes I ask the stupid questions, because normally it is that simple.

I was going to make it until I saw Ryan wasn't coming and I'll have no one to nick a roll-up off.

Next time I see Mick and Jim I'll hide a roll up in each of their cars for emergencies.

Re: Meeting arrangements
An excellent lunchtime meet today with 5 of us chewing the cud as well as the delicious food!! I did have to leave the table for a while to help the pub housekeeper change a blown out tyre on her car as Martin, the landlord/barman, had gone out to help but I felt he was needed more behind the bar, so I went to relieve him only to find the wheel was well and truly corroded on!! Much attrition was administered and her full size spare installed!!
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Good that you could make yourself useful and probably gain a discount on further visits.

Re: Meeting arrangements
She bought me a pint Steve so quite happy with that, my concern was all about the service in the pub as many more were being inconvenienced waiting for their drinks!!

Re: Meeting arrangements
Agreed, it was a superb 'do' and hugely enjoyed...
It was great to give Bluebell a nice little run... I do love that car
She was only out of the garage as the window cleaner needed access to the back of my house so it would have been rude not to have made the most of her
