Berlingo Active brake and ESP

Hi.
My berlingo 2020
I dont have any warning lights, or fault codes when running a obd scan with autel.
But in the mulitmedia display i cant turn off the traction controll. its always on. i have tried standing still in park. foot on brake, and all other combinations.

And i have read that the car should have Active brake assist. I have not felt this work. If i come to close i only get a ding sound and the warning BRAKE in the cluster.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
