Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ 2009
Hi just brought a C5 and I have a MP3 stereo head ref - 9663080277 (I think) can I swap it to a 96751717ZD stereo head with bluetooth or similar, I don't like after market units and I want to be able to link an android auto unit I have and the interference using FM is beyond shocking

Hi
If you have a look at the threads in the telematics section of the forum, that will help establish which type of head unit you currently have (they go by model name) and it will be easier for people to help advise you forward.

It's currently an RD4 as manufactured by Blaupunkt. The replacement is a MyWay / RNEG manufactured by Harman Becker. I'm pretty sure the RD4 doesn't have a large colour screen so that would be the first problem. The car also won't have the correct wiring or aerial for sat nav. Maybe possible but it won't be easy. And you'll almost certainly not find any information or help on the change.
