Rneg to rneg2 - sound problem

This unit is the eMyWay system, also referred to as RT6, RNEG2, or WIPNAV+ for the Peugeot platform and made by Magneti Marelli.

Rneg to rneg2 - sound problem

Car: c5, 2010

​Hello, I'm new here and I have a problem. After upgrading from rneg to rneg 2 (from a C5), everything seems to be working fine, but I have one problem. I can't control the sound. It's either 0 and I can't hear anything, or 1 to 30 and the maximum volume. What's wrong? What is the solution?

Edit: pdc sounds also didnt works...
