Hello,
I own a 2013 Mercedes W176 A180 CDI(OM607.951-80kw-no adblue) with a manual transmission and 255,000 km on the clock. Due to a certain issue, the engine has failed. I know that rebuilding the engine would cost significantly more than installing a new crate engine. As far as I know, the engine used in my car is part of the Renault K9K family, but I would like to know the exact engine code that matches my vehicle—both in Mercedes and Renault references.
Could you please explain which engine I should be looking for, what additional parts I would need after purchasing a new engine, and what the general process of replacement would look like?
Thank you in advance for your help.

I'll be honest and say that the Renault area of the forum is not as well supported as the PSA marques. Then there's additional requirement for Mercedes knowledge and I doubt we'll be able help.
But we live in hope. Good luck!
