Car radio replacement

Hi,

I've been wondering if it's at all possible to replace the car radio in my 2000 xsara, and also keep the steering wheel buttons working?

It might be a help if you could post a photo of the current radio. I'm pretty sure your car is prey full Can.
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

There are 3 connectors at the back: speakers, power, and what I can only assume is steering wheel control.
