2019 Citroen c4 cactus

Would anyone happen to have a wiring diagram for the alarm system on a 2019 C4 cactus, please?

Issue:- Alarm is non functioning (no flashing light on dash, no activation of hazard lights, no activation of horn if you attempt to open the door after locking it with the fob or if you attempt rocking the vehicle). Confirmed with Citroen that the vehicle should have an OEM thatcham alarm.

I have found a ground wire cut on the passenger side beneath the glove box, it is still ground to the vehicle but im not sure where it was connected before the previous owner went freddy kreuger on it.

im aware these 2 things may be seperate issues but i'm hoping i get lucky for a change.

Did you do a diagnostic check to confirm your car has an alarm or just a verbal chat with a dealer ? Only asking since our 2016 Cactus does not have an alarm so they are not necessarily a standard feature.

spoke with Citroen customer support, they ran the vin and it came back saying alarm fitted as standard. also should add its the 130 FLAIR PURETECH S/S. I don't mind if they were wrong, just curious about the cut ground wire and what it should connect to. there are no open ground codes on the scanner and everything seems to be working normally.
