Hi all,
I'm new to the forum and I'm looking for a bit of help with the mycitroen app.
Has anyone had this issue? In the pic, I'm connected via Bluetooth for calls but I can't get it to pull the milage data etc through to the my Citroën app. I can't find the Bluetooth permission it's on about. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Re: My Citroën app help
Hello and welcome,
I have not seen the Citroen app at all so I can only suggest what I glean from your picture. I would open the Citroen app and then go to 'settings' within the app. I am assuming you will find an option to enable Bluetooth in the app, after which on returning to the main screen you should be able to read the data.

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Re: My Citroën app help
Hi mickthemaverick,
Thank you for the reply, you thought that would be the solution but no
within the app settings there is nothing regarding bluetooth. I am connected via Bluetooth to the car to make calls so you'd think it would be all 100% set up. No such luck lol I've tried deleting the app reinstall etc still the same error. Oh well time for another beer and worry about it another day

Re: My Citroën app help
Have you completed the setup, including the authorisation via the MyCitroen Web link from within the app.
I think the way it works, is, yes the car connects to your phone via Bluetooth, but the data you are after is transmitted via a server somewhere via WiFi or your data plan.
Come back if still not working and I'll have another think

I'm not sure about that but I'll look into it and see what I can do over the weekend. I'll post how I get on
