Citroen c4 picasso diesel blue hdi mk 2

Unread post by K albanoglou »

Hi all!
Recently got my Citroen c4 picasso diesel as used car and after a month or two,i have issues with it. Here in Greece a proper diagnosis is too hard to get.
The car shows interruptions while driving and it sounds like it’s running on three cylinders instead of four, with a corresponding lack of acceleration and vibration inside. Recently, the fuel injectors were cleaned but the problem wasn’t solved. The diagnostic light is always on (service indicator), and high temperatures are observed in the exhaust system sensors.
Any idea what is the problem? Thanks 🙏

Hi and welcome to the forum :)

On such a complex engine as this it could be many, many things.

You really do need to get diagnostics performed as without it, all will be pure guesswork and that rarely, if ever, gives satisfactory results.

Once you have had a full diagnostic carried out we'll be in a better position to advise.

What year is the car? How many kilometres has it done?
