Relay - poor cabin air flow

I’ve just bought a second hand 2017 Relay which has really weak air flow coming through into the cabin through all vents. On fan settings 1/2, I can barely feeling anything. On 3/4 it’s a bit better but still very weak but still as noisy as you’d expect. 1 vent (middle) is better than the other 3 but not by much. Having the AC on or off makes no difference.

I’m thinking it probably needed an AC regas anyway due to its age, but I don’t think that explains the weak air flow.

Just wondered if anyone has any suggestions on a possible cause and fix?

Have you checked the cabin/pollen filter? They are often missed on services.
