Engine splash sheet on Partner Gen 1 1.4 TU3

Hi, was this model equipped with a engine splash sheet originally? Also there is no protection cover on the timing belt. I can obviously find out at the scrap yard but this is my preferred option.

We had a 2003 C3 with the 1.4 petrol engine and from memory the top section of the timing belt cover was held on by maybe 3 easily removed bolts. At 20 years old your vehicle will be due its second timing belt change if not already done.
